(5) When the wire rope passes through the pulley, it is strictly prohibited to use the pulley whose rim has been damaged.
(6) The starting and braking process of lifting machinery must be smooth, and the lifting wire rope must be prevented from bearing excessive impact dynamic load.
(7) The end of the wire rope and the hook, the clasp connection, should use the wire rope fixed parts or the use of the plug rope sleeve, shall not be used to tie the rope buckle method to connect.
(8) If a large amount of oil is extruded between the seam of the wire rope in the work, which is the precursor of wire rope breaking, the crane should be stopped immediately to find out the reason.
(9) the wire rope in work shall not be rubbed against other objects, especially metal objects with edges and corners; The landing wire rope should be held up by a pad or roller.
(10) The connection between the end of the steel wire rope and the hoisting drum, and the connection between the end of the steel wire rope itself or the hook, shall be fixed by mode, and the rope head with a length not less than 2.5 times the diameter of the steel wire rope shall be set aside.
(11) when using wire rope clips for consolidation, horse-riding clips should be used as far as possible. At the same time, the net distance inside the "U" bolt should be adapted to the diameter of the wire rope. It is not allowed to clip the thin rope with large clips.
